Over the last year, Matt and I have been working on bringing you this excellent value in 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for two years in a combination of both new and used French and American Virginian oak. The wine has a dark purple and red color with pretty aromas of camphor and cassis, and delicious ripe fruit flavors with a light cedar and coffee aftertaste. This Cabernet is lightly tannic, medium-weight and is easily drinkable now, enjoy over the next couple of years. 75 CASES PRODUCED. The name O'Hannon is a tribute to my family's Irish heritage. My great grandfather John O'Hannon came from Northeast Ireland from the County Antrim and my mother's family hails from Northwest Ireland in County Donegal.
