NV LOUIS ROEDERER, BRUT PREMIER $44.99 Why not splurge a little on this fantastic French

ginger and citrus, allied to a firm structure. Ends with a firm, tactile sensation and an aftertaste of candied citrus. Drink
now. 90 Points. NV BOLLINGER, CHAMPAGNE, BRUT, "SPECIAL
CUVÉE" $65.00

DOMAINE BALIVET, BUGEY CERDON, SAVOIE, (ORGANIC) $23.99
In the foothills of the Alps northeast of Lyon exists a little-known wine growing area named Bugey Cerdon. Bugey is
the area and Cerdon is a small town within. In this small region a hand full of dedicated growers continue to produce a wonderfully
refreshing, off-dry rosé sparkling wine, made in the traditional method, the Méthode Ancéstrale.
Lightly sparkling with just 8% alcohol, this is the type of wine that is perfect for the holidays when the house is full of
guests. Very unique and highly recommended. (Organic)
-SPARKLING

Normandy, France and the juice is kept at a controlled temperature until blending and bottling. Ingredients: Apple Juice &

NV FERRARI, BRUT, TRENTINO, 375ML $14.99 Since 1902, Ferrari
has been a leader in the production of Italian sparkling wines. Their Brut selection, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, is
wonderfully dry with hints of bread crust and hazelnuts. The half-bottle size makes an excellent way to start the meal or
as a late afternoon apéritif.
NV RUGGERI, PROSECCO DI VALDOBBIADENE, ETRA DRY, "GOLD LABEL", VENETO, ITALY $16.99 Ruggeri has been
on my mind! I've been enjoying this Prosecco every time that I have had the chance to dine at Mario Batali's "Pizzeria
Mozza" in Los Angeles, Ruggeri is their house Prosecco. Lovely small bubbles, medium-weight, dry with a creamy texture,
excellent for the holidays. (Only 11% Alc.) Highly Recommended.

-SPAIN- NV JUAME SERRA (CRISTALINO), BRUT, CAVA $8.99
NV MONTSARRA, BRUT, CATALINIA $15.99 NV RIMARTS, CAVA, BRUT RESERVA, CATALONIA, SPAIN $19.99 Rimarts Cava is a recent addition to the American market.
As a long time Cava lover, I must tell you that this is an exceptional Cava with more flavors than most. From the village
of Sant Sadurnì d'Anoia, in the Penedès region south of Barcelona, this is a family operation run by two brothers,
Ricard and Ernest Martinez. They make only 5000 cases a year and the wines have at least two years of aging prior to release.
New Year's Eve is just around the corner, hint hint. Two bottles, 6 Schott Zwiesel Champagne glasses, instant party.
