Rimarts Cava
is a recent addition to the American market. As a long time Cava lover, I must tell you that this is an exceptional Cava with
more flavors than most. From the village of Sant Sadurnì d'Anoia, in the Penedès region south of Barcelona,
this is a family operation run by two brothers, Ricard and Ernest Martinez. They make only 5000 cases a year and the wines
