O'Hannon Cellars is made exclusively for Du Vin Fine Wines by
talented winemaker Matt Smith, owner of Blacksmith Cellars. Over the last year, Matt and I have been working on bringing you
this excellent value in 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for two years in a combination of both new and used French
and American Virginian oak. The wine has a dark purple and red color with pretty aromas of camphor and cassis, and delicious
ripe fruit flavors with a light cedar and coffee aftertaste. This Cabernet is lightly tannic, medium-weight and is easily
drinkable now, enjoy over the next couple of years.

biodynamically grown Palomino grapes. The Palomino Fino has profound hazelnut-like aroma, that is smooth and light bodied
on the palate. The Palomino Fino is aged and blended using the Solera method. The Demeter certified biodynamic Palomino grapes
are grown by Gena Nonini of Marian Farms.
The Palomino Fino pairs excellent with soups, salads, hors d'oeuvres such as
